Set in lush award-winning tropical gardens in a quiet cul-de-sac, Heritage Gardens is Cairns’ premier lifestyle and retirement village for over-50s living.

The village has 51 quality independent living villas and apartments of one or two bedrooms, all units are owner-occupied and all whisper quiet due to the village’s quiet no through road. Heritage Gardens features superb facilities including a large in-ground swimming pool, a community centre with lounge room, kitchen, games facilities, carpet bowls, a pool table, media room and a beauty salon.

Our residents enjoy an active social club and Comlink and St Johns provide transport for residents requiring this service. Heritage Gardens is an independent living village but support services such as Blue Care, RSL Care and St Johns are regular visitors.

Heritage Gardens is 200 meters from Earlville Shopping Town, a comfortable short walk.  Earlville is a major shopping centre with over 110 stores including Coles, Woolworths, Target, Big W and Cinemas. Also adjacent to the village is a large medical centre, chemist, licensed restaurant and coffee shop. We are also a few minutes drive, or a short bus ride, to the Cairns CBD.
