We are in easy walking distance to a major shopping centre and all amenities including medical services. We are a few minutes drive, or a short bus ride to the CBD.

The village includes 51 quality independent living villas and apartments of one or two bedrooms as well as a variety of superb amenities. These include a large in-ground swimming pool, a community centre with lounge room, kitchen, games facilities, carpet bowls, a pool table and a gymnasium.

Our on-site manager is available at any time to offer a tour of the village, answer questions and to assist visitors and residents.

FREEHOLD OWNERSHIP

Heritage Gardens Retirement Village offers the special security of affordable freehold ownership of your villa under a standard strata title. Most similar villages offer only “right to occupy” or leasehold.

I enjoy being involved with the community, from the social activities such as morning teas and weekly mah jong and card games. There’s always plenty to do and I’ve made great friendships here. Security is also important and Heritage Gardens feels wonderfully safe. People are always available to help.
